Well, that’s the end of false spring. Today is snowy, windy, and cold. With the next few days expected to be even colder across the greater Edmonton area, I’m feeling grateful for my studio… and a little defeated by the wrath of Mother Nature.
Looking back feels especially comforting right now, so here’s a glimpse at a couple of sessions from last fall. Beautiful warm colours and late day light. These two beautiful dogs were my walking buddies at the rescue and just two of the many dogs I photographed to help update their online profiles. I’m overjoyed to say they were both adopted before Christmas.
The Weimaraner is Zane, and the hound mix is Chapo. I hope they’re living their very best lives in their new homes. They truly deserve to be spoiled.
I am really looking forward to warm spring weather. I don't know about you, but I have found this winter to be particularly challenging on my mental health. It had felt to cold and dark. AND icy! So much ice.
